The Daring Quest for Goliath’s Sword
Game Description: You used to be a proud general in the Philistine army. That was until the whole army disbanded and you were left looking at a headless Goliath. You saw a miracle that day; a boy with the simple sling and stones slayed Goliath with a single stone! One minute, you are jeering at the Israelites, the next….the Philistine army is running around like scared chickens. You have come to ask to join the Israelite army. You realized God is on their side and you want to be a part of it. To prove you truly want to join the Israelites, you must prove your loyalty. Your mission is to go back to the Philistine battlefield and retrieve the sword of Goliath.
Escaping Jericho
Game Description: Dive into an immersive Bible experience with Escaping Jericho. The players are living in Jericho and reports have started that the Israelites are approaching the city. The goal is to survive the collapse of Jericho by following the instructions in the Bible.
Escaping Pharaoh
Game Description: The player is part of a small group of Egyptians that, after witnessing the miracles that the Israelite’s God performed against the Egyptians, believe that He is the ONE TRUE GOD. Their quest is to leave Egypt with the Israelites, but to do this they need approval from their leader, Moses. They need to find him before the Israelites leave Egypt and they are charged with treason.
Noah’s Stowaway
Game Description: For months you have heard rumors of this man named Noah building an ark to survive the coming flood. Luckily, your family has been allowed on the ark. Your family, or prickle as it is called in hedgehog language, immediately headed for the ark once the invite was given. Unfortunately, you got lost on your way and are at risk of being left behind. As you get to the ark, you realize that the rest of your prickle is already on board. The only way to get in is guarded by the King of Beasts, the lion. Luckily, he is taking stowaways, you just need to know the password. The flood will happen very soon! You must hurry to figure out what the password is so you can board the ark and reach your family before the flood begins.
The Yaris
Game Description: You have been living with your great-uncle, Professor Keaton Parker, for the summer. He used to be a brilliant inventor, but in recent years he has, unfortunately, become very confused and believes he created a time machine in the attic. Your mother says just to ignore him, but his claims are fascinating! Uncle Keaton always keeps the attic locked when he isn’t up there tinkering, however, today he had to leave in a rush and forgot to lock the door. You venture upstairs just to peek, but what you find is astonishing. In front of you is an old, rusty machine. This is what Uncle Keaton must believe is a time machine. You inch across the room to the control panel and touch a button. Suddenly, the room is suddenly filled with light.
You can’t believe it. Based on the sandals, tunic and the language the person continues to utter, you deduce this must be someone from bible times. Everything your uncle has been claiming about travelling through time is proven true! You realize that you have to get this person back before an hour passes! If you don’t, according to your uncle, there will be no way for them return and they will be permanently stuck in the present.

What are ‘Escape Games’?
Escape Rooms are a current trend throughout the world and Escape Games are very similar.
Escape Rooms: Players are ‘locked’ in a themed room and have to escape before time elapses, usually an hour. To escape, the players need to decipher a series of clues to open locks to receive more clues before finally exiting the room.
Escape Games: Players will face a themed game and will need complete the objective before time runs out, usually an hour. The players will need to solve a series of puzzle and riddles to complete the objective. Boxes are often used to contain additional clues. Players will need to open these to be successful.
Unlock the Bible Games: We offer Escape Games. Our game ‘themes’ are based on Bible passages. Each game has a series of puzzles to analyze. These will allow the players to unlock the boxes and eventually complete the game’s objective.

I was looking for a low-budget but fun escape room type game with my youth group (aged 7th-11th graders, about 10 students) when I ran across this site. I purchased the Escaping Pharaoh and got to work! It did take quite a bit of printing and prep work, but the instructions were clear and easy enough to follow. I made it a little more fun by adding some boxes of my own and adding a few props as well. The kids really enjoyed the variety and being able to work the puzzles both on the computer and on the printouts. I thought it might be too hard for my group, but they got through everything in just over the time expected with a little hint here and there. I love the fact this is bible based so it was a perfect youth group activity, and was fun even for those who are not so familiar with the bible. Thank you to the creators for these fun youth group games! -Kristina
I love this so much! It was fun to watch my family figure it out! It did take a little time to put together but was worth it! I would buy again. – Karmen
I have an 8-year old who LOVES escape games and a 4-year-old who loves to follow her around and join in. We had a great time. It was challenging but doable for her. We were able to see to set up a blank chart before we started, so she could do a bit of a scavenger hunt through the bible to find the preliminary information to move on to the escape room. It was perfect. – Tawnia
Extremely in-depth! So excited to use this! – Kelsie
Great activity to use with a youth group! – Adele
This game is great! My students (ages 11-14) will love it. Last September, they actually begged me to do Armor of God again, which we had done the previous May. – Carrie
The escape room went off even better than we hoped. Thank you for your part in making that happen. – Michelle
